Scott Segerblom
Project Manager
Scott Segerblom studied architecture and design at Virginia Tech where he graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Since then he has worked in several architecture firms in both Virginia and California, and in June of 2006 he joined Gumbinger Avram Architects as a project manager.
Mr. Segerblom has extensive experience in all phases of commercial and residential architecture, from preliminary design to construction administration. His responsibilities as project manager include: schematic design and design development; detailing and preparation of construction documents; and coordination with clients and consultants. He has excellent communication skills, is well organized and has a strong attention to detail.
In addition to project manager, Mr. Segerblom is a talented designer and accomplished artist. Combined with his computer skills at 3D modeling (SketchUp and AutoCAD) and rendering (Photoshop), he can produce 3D renderings and photomontages to help communicate the design intent of any project.
